By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 790 platform available at 790.best or our official app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The 790 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in online betting activities is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 790 platform. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Account Registration & Security
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
- Users must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. The 790 platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, depending on transaction limits.
- You are solely responsible for keep your password confidential and your account login credentials. The 790 platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
- All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is account holder's responsibility.
- Users must notify us immediately at [email protected] if they suspect their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 790 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other programs to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from the management.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, result manipulation, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Users who identify such issues are required to report them to our support team.
- Attempting to conceal the source of funds used in your account, or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of other users.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use your account on your behalf.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with no refund of any balance associated with the offending activity.
790 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching the rules, place a temporary hold on withdrawals during the investigation, and require users to submit supporting documents within a specified timeframe.
The decisions made by 790 management in matters relating to rule violations are final and binding.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 790 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are solely owned by the account holder.
- The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method and is subject to change from time to time.
- Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform.
- The 790 platform does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, payment service providers may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days for Bronze-tier members, with faster processing available for higher VIP tiers.
- Any bonus subject to wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully met.
- 790 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending identity verification or an account activity investigation.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
790 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from wagering, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or third-party technical failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the thirty days preceding the claim.
All content, designs, logos, user interfaces, software, and other materials on the 790 platform are the exclusive property of the management or the relevant licence holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent. The 790 name and logo are protected trademarks.

We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the 790 platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent tribunal or court under the applicable law.

- Confirmed fraud or attempted fraud
- Request from relevant legal authorities
- Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months
- Unable to verify user identity
Any valid account balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable regulations.
